Ingredients:
2 cups self-raising flour
½ cup finely chopped sausages/ ham
½ cup grated cheese
1 cup of finely chopped mixed vegetables of your choice (carrots, capsicum, onion, mushroom etc)
1 cup of finely chopped mixed vegetables of your choice (carrots, capsicum, onion, mushroom etc)
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley/ corriander
125 g melted butter
1 cup milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
A small pinch of Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary & Basil (optional)
Method:
- Pre-heat oven 180°C and grease a muffin tin.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir in butter, milk and egg until just combined. Do not over mix.
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until cooked and golden.
Great savory Muffins to have in the morning, better than sweet ones, atleast for me! :)
